| Solution 1: Use different browser:
Use Internet Explorer to view this site. Solution 2: If you have the latest version of Netscape: If you are using Netscape Navigator version 8.x then click the shield icon on the tab that is displaying Welcome to ONECA to open the Site Controls. At the bottom of the Window in the Rendering Engine section select the Internet Explorer radio button. This will allow Netscape to display the ONECA Web site like Internet Explorer and then the site navigation will function normally. The setting will only apply to ONECA and will stay consistent if you return at a later date. Solution 3: If you are using a version of Netscape other than 8.x Download the latest version of Netscape Navigator at this URL http://browser.netscape.com/ns8/product/default.jsp . Then follow the steps outlined in Solution 2 above. |
